Terms of service

These terms cover prepaid IPTV subscriptions and reseller credits sold by IPTV Official Canada through iptvofficial.ca. Ordering means you have read them, plus the refund policy.

The service

We provide login credentials that play live and on-demand streams in compatible apps for the term you buy. Channel names, bitrates, and titles change. We do not warrant that a named event, channel, or movie will be present on a given day. We are not a cable carrier and we do not claim a CRTC broadcasting licence.

Connections

One subscription is one concurrent stream. Installing the app on several devices is fine. Playing on two screens at once needs two subscriptions. Reselling a retail login, or posting it publicly, ends the line without a refund.

Your network

You need a stable internet connection. Picture problems caused by Wi-Fi, ISP congestion, or a third-party player are not a defect in the subscription by themselves. We will help you test.

Payments

Terms start when we send working credentials. Plans do not auto-renew. Do not send card numbers over WhatsApp.

Liability

The service is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed events, or data charges from your carrier. Our responsibility for a failed activation is the refund described in the refund policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply. If a section is unenforceable, the rest stays in place.
