An IPTV renew extends the line you already use. It is not a second account and it does not wipe the channels you pinned. Send the username or the email on the original order.

• Same username and password. Your TiviMate or Smarters app does not need a new playlist.
• Message us up to 24 hours before expiry so a game does not start on a dead line.
• Move from Standard to Premium while you renew if you want the sports tier.
• A second TV at the same time is a second connection. Say so in the form.
