Privacy policy

This policy covers iptvofficial.ca, run as IPTV Official Canada. Contact iptvofficialca@gmail.com to access or correct the details we hold about you.

What we collect

When you write to us or use a form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, device, username on a renew, and the message you send. The cookie banner stores your choice in this browser. Server logs may include IP address and the page requested, which is normal for a website.

Why

To deliver the trial or subscription, to renew the right account, to answer support, and to keep a record of the order. We do not sell personal information.

WhatsApp and email

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own policy. Do not send card numbers, passport photos, or anything you would not want in a chat log. Email is used for the login and for receipts.

Retention

Order and support records stay while the account may still be renewed and for a reasonable period after, so we can find a username if you come back. You can ask us to delete a lead that never became an account.

Cookies

The banner remembers accept, reject, or customise in local storage. Rejecting does not block the site. We do not run a third-party ad network on these pages.
