Order cancellation

Plans are prepaid. We do not store a card and we do not charge you again when the date arrives. You do not need to cancel an auto-renew, because there is not one.

Stopping reminders

If you asked for an expiry reminder, tell us to stop. That does not delete a term you already paid for. Access continues until the expiry date, then ends.

Closing a live line early

You can ask us to close a username before expiry. Unused time follows the refund policy. A working line is not refunded for the remaining days. Offers and discounted prices are not refunded.

Reseller credits

Loaded reseller credits follow the reseller terms: valid for 12 months, not refundable once the panel access is delivered.
